My story
I’m a medical doctor specialized in Digestive Health, trained in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, and a certified yoga teacher in India.
After several years working in hospitals, I realized I wanted to accompany people before they reached disease — helping them understand their bodies and enhance their health.
My time in India marked a turning point. There I confirmed that health is much more than the absence of symptoms: it’s balance, awareness, and coherence.
How I work
My approach combines digestive medicine, acupuncture, nutrition and functional supplementation, and the broader vision of integrative medicine.
I work through the gut–brain–microbiota axis, exploring not only digestive symptoms (bloating, reflux, constipation, abdominal pain…) but also the emotional, hormonal, and lifestyle factors that sustain them.
I integrate the interpretation of medical tests with a deeper understanding of body and mind — to recognize not only what is happening, but what’s behind it and what may be influencing it.
What to expect from me
Listening, honesty, and human connection.
My goal is to help you understand the root of your symptoms and improve your digestion in a sustainable way — not only through treatment, but by addressing the habits, stress, and conditions that keep symptoms active.
I accompany you with medical rigor and empathy, so you can rebuild trust in your body, feel supported every step of the way, and experience real improvement in your digestive and emotional well-being.
What inspires me
I believe in a kind of medicine that brings science and humanity together, that educates and gives each person back the power over their own health.
I’m guided by the same values I share with my patients: respect, self-care, and coherence.
I practice yoga and meditation, eat mindfully, listen to my body, and learn from my own symptoms.
I keep studying and growing every day — because caring for others begins with continuous learning.
